The holidays are a festive and heart-warming time to connect with loved ones, share meaningful conversation, and fill up on the season's finest foods. The key to creating nourishing holiday menus that will please everyone is undoubtedly variety, but adding basic herbs to every meal is an easy way to turn an average dish into medicinal fare, as is upgrading your salts and oils to those that support the body in re-mineralizing and restoring balance. Making small upgrades lowers inflammation, boosts immunity, and deeply nourishes the body. Wither you’re vegan or not, basing 80% of your menu around plant-based dishes is the secret to looking and feeling your best throughout the holiday season.
