This is one of the many simple, satisfying & nutrient-dense recipes from my upcoming 21 Day Cleanse & Transformation Program. I love to sip on this year round! Delicious as a milk & warm and lovely as a latte. You can also add a little ginger for extra spice + more anti-inflammatory & cleansing benefits. Enjoy!! 


1.5 Tsp ground turmeric OR 2 oz fresh turmeric juice

8-10 drops of stevia, or 1.5 Tbsp Raw Honey or 1-2 dates 

Splash of Vanilla or Tsp of vanilla bean powder

1 Tsp ground cinnamon

pinch of salt

3 Cups of fresh Almond Milk

*optional 1 Tbsp of virgin coconut oil or mct oil 

*optional pinch of black pepper or 1-2 drops black pepper oil



Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender & serve.

For individual LATTE – cut all ingredients in half & heat the almond milk. Blend until foamy & serve!
