1 bunch spinach

2 cucumbers

2 radishes (without greens)

¼ bulb fresh fennel

1 bunch fresh mint

½ lemon, peel removed

½ lime, peel removed

Wash your greens thoroughly and remove the peels and pithe from your citrus.  Process all ingredients through your juicer.  Pour into a glass and enjoy right away, or seal in an airtight glass container and store in your fridge up to 36 hours.
