“CHEESY” KALE CHIPS

1 head of kale rinsed and massaged

5 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 cup Walnuts

1/4 cup Sunflower seeds

1/4 cup Hemp seeds

Pinch or 2 of Himalayan pink salt

*optional- juice from 1/2 a lemon

2 tbsp Olive oil

Blend mixture in food processor & thoroughly coat kale. Dehydrate overnight at 115 degrees or bake at 300 for 25 minutes (rotating in between)
