HEMP SEED PESTO

INGREDIENTS //

(Serves 4)

 1/2 cup hemp seeds

1/2 cup pine nuts

1/2 cup basil

2-3 cloves of garlic

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2-1 tsp. sea salt

METHOD  // 

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor
  2. Blend until smooth & serve with fresh cut veggies or GF pasta
