ANNI KRAVI'S WILD BLUEBERRY BOWL

Summer is in full swing here on the West Coast and I’m filling up on delicious smoothie bowls & super food pops! Today, Helsinki native, Anni Kravi shares another artful, mouthwatering creation from her beautiful blog, Blueberry Boost. A perfect breakfast option or snack when the days are hot & you need something nourishing to cool you down! Enjoy!

WILD BLUEBERRY BOWL

INGREDIENTS // 

1/2 banana

1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 avocado

2/3 cup organic silken tofu (I used Moon Juice Protein Powder!)

1/2 cup plant mylk ( I used almond milk!)

1 tsp maca

1/3 tsp ground cardamom

Toppings ideas: homemade muesli, seasonal veg + berries, chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut, bee pollen  - (I added my grain free granola!)

METHOD //

Blend it all up, pour into a bowl and make smoothie art on top!
